Khon Kaen, the capital of Thailand's northeast plateau which has prospered for more than two centuries, is the land where Dinosaur fossils were found in the highlands dating back to the Jurassic period. The pre-historic paintings still remain on cave walls where a thousand of bats can be found flying at dusk.
