- Check in time is 14.00 hrs and Check out time is 12.00 hrs.
- The 2nd extra bed or for the 4th person (under than 6 years) in room is a surcharge 1,000 Baht for "Extra Bed" will be set up on the sofa in the Garden Villa only. It is inclusive ABF.
- If no extra bed is needed for a child under than 6 years accompanying his parents, a 450 Baht ABF will be charge.
- A baby cot is free of charge.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights all year round is requested.
- Airport transfer if required is 250 Baht per person each way. Children under 6 years old are FREE of charge.
